A proposed collaboration with CBmed Ltd., Austria
Need more insight into human
metabolism?
We can provide omics and clinical data from retrospective and
prospective cohorts
What We Deliver
CBmed provides access to deeply characterized cardio-reno-
metabolic cohorts, linked clinical datasets, biospecimens, and
multi-omics expertise to support biomarker discovery,
validation, and translational research.
Biospecimen Access
Access well-characterized patient cohorts, longitudinal clinical data, and high-quality biospecimens.
Large prospective and disease-focused cohorts support biomarker discovery, validation, and translational research across diverse patient populations.
- BioPersMed
Longitudinal cohort of 1,000+ at-risk individuals with over 400,000 linked biobank samples and extensive cardiovascular and metabolic data. -
MetAGE
Deeply characterized prospective obesity cohort (>400 participants) with MRI, ultrasound, continuous glucose monitoring, retinal imaging, and multi-omics data. -
Clinibil
Cardiovascular ICU cohort with longitudinal clinical monitoring and 40,000+ serum and urine samples for renal and critical care biomarker research.
Metabolomics Profiling
Mass spectrometry based targeted and untargeted metabolomics platforms covering more than 1000+ metabolites to generate actionable biomarker insights.
Clinical Phenotyping and Immune Cell Profiling
Integrated imaging, immune cell subtype quantification and clinical datasets enabling robust patient stratification and biomarker validation.
Special Offer
To provide an efficient entry point for collaboration, we offer an initial test phase under a special offer framework, that allows your team to evaluate metabolomic relevance in clinically meaningful patient samples in a real project setting
This is designed to generate early prioritization insights while creating a practical foundation for broader strategic collaboration.
In this introductory phase, we will:
- Access 20 cohort samples including clinical metadata.
- Generate targeted or untargeted metabolomic or immune cell profiles.
- Link metabolomic or immune cell profiles with clinical data.
- Deliver first insights for novel, clinical biomarkers in cardio-reno-metabolic diseases.
- Define a follow-up study using the existing large biobank cohorts and expand into complementary technologies.
