Abstract
To study micro- and nanoplastics effectively, we first need to identify these particles and understand their properties. This is a key step toward developing reliable ways to investigate them. Our article, “Production of Detergent-Free PET and Biodegradable PBAT Micro- and Nanoplastics,” presents a new method for producing these tiny plastic particles in the lab without using detergents. This approach not only makes experiments more accurate but also enables us to compare traditional plastics with biodegradable alternatives — helping us better understand how different types of plastics may affect our environment and health.
