Abstract

With these specially produced micro- and nanoplastics, we can begin to explore how such particles behave once they come into contact with our cells. We want to understand how they are taken up, how they move within the cell, and how they might influence normal cellular processes. Studying these interactions us a clearer picture of what happens inside our bodies and helps us take the next steps toward understanding the potential effects of microplastics on human health, you can read more in the article: Microplastics role in cell migration and distribution during cancer cell division.
